Discretion
Serious work deserves serious discretion.
The businesses we work with are building advantages their competitors would like to see. Keeping that work private is part of what we offer — so we earn trust through the quality of our thinking instead.
- No client identities
- We don't publish client names, logos, testimonials or identifiable case studies — and we don't ask clients for permission to, as a condition of credibility.
- No proprietary detail
- We don't share client workflows, screenshots, metrics or combinations of details that could identify a business indirectly.
- No invented proof
- Every example on this site is labelled as hypothetical. We don't use fabricated stories or testimonials to fill the gap.
- Minimal data from you
- The assessment never asks for passwords, credentials, customer records or confidential documents. Don't include them.
How assessment data is handled
- Website assessment: we read a handful of public pages from the domain you enter (respecting the site's robots.txt), and send that text — plus any business description you add — through Lovable's AI service to an OpenAI model. The domain, the public page text and the resulting report are stored so you can return to the report through its private link. No personal details are requested for this.
- Question-based assessment: your answers are sent the same way but are not written to our application database; that result clears when you refresh or close the page.
- AI requests are made with response storage disabled. This is not a guarantee that service providers retain no operational logs. Do not submit confidential information.
- If you choose to contact us, your contact details and message are stored — together with the domain, the opportunity you selected and a link to your report when you contact us from one — so we can reply.
We take reasonable care with what you share, but no online system is perfectly secure; please don't send anything you couldn't afford to disclose.
